You can activate your eSIM through the Vokka app. Go to Services → Add Mobile, then follow the prompts. Make sure your device is eSIM-compatible and connected to Wi-Fi. The entire process takes about 5 minutes.
Yes! We support number porting from all major Australian carriers. During signup, simply select "Keep my number" and enter your existing number. Porting typically completes within 1-2 hours during business hours.
Any unused data at the end of your billing cycle automatically rolls over to the next cycle. Banked data is used after your monthly allowance is consumed. The maximum banked data depends on your plan — check your plan details in the Vokka app for specifics.
We'll never surprise you with excess charges. When you reach your monthly data limit, your speed will be reduced to 1.5 Mbps for the rest of the cycle — enough for messaging, email, and basic browsing. You can always purchase a data top-up through the app.
Absolutely. All Vokka plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel or change your plan anytime through the Vokka app or by contacting our support team.
