The terms governing your use of Vokka's services, products, and platforms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Vokka Telecommunications Pty Ltd ("Vokka", "we", "us") when you use any of our services, applications, or websites. By activating a service or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Fair Use Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Vokka provides mobile voice and mobile data services. Plan details, inclusions, pricing, and availability are as published on our website and in the Vokka app at the time of activation. Services are subject to network availability and coverage at your location.
We aim to deliver the speeds and performance advertised for your plan, however actual performance depends on factors including network congestion, your equipment, distance from infrastructure, and the number of concurrent users.
Post-paid services are billed monthly in advance. Prepaid services require advance payment before activation. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable Australian laws. You must not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, distribution of malicious software, or interference with our network.
All Vokka plans are offered on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in contracts. You may change or cancel your plan at any time through the Vokka app, by contacting our support team, or by visiting a Vokka retail location.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first through our support channels. We aim to resolve complaints within 15 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) at 1800 062 058 or tio.com.au.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Fair Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vokka.
